Check List of items you MUST bring to the Audition site!

1. Copy of your completed application. Even if you have submitted online please bring a copy with you.

2. Performer’s proof of age (Birth Certificate, Passport, etc). Each member of a group must bring proof of age.

3. Proof of residency in Miami Dade (parent or your Driver’s License, a current bill with address etc) Each member of a group must bring proof of residency.

4. Parent permission form filled in and signed by parent or legal guardian. This must be signed and presented to be able to audition. Each member of a group must have parent permission form.

5. If you are doing original poetry or prose, you must have a copy of your original piece for the judges. Plagiarized material will be disqualified. Your piece must be written by you, not copied from a book.

6. Please have the name of your song that you will be singing to, playing or dancing to with you. Your performance must be the same if you are moved to the semi finals in February. No change in performance material will be allowed. ONE-MINUTE TIME LIMIT.

7. Please arrive at your designated time. This will allow our auditions to stay on a fair time line to all contestants.

Reminders:

Individuals or group vocalists must have accompaniment (Cd, Ipod, Itouch music played by contestant or sheet music for our accompanist). NO acappella singing. You must sing to either pre- recorded music or have sheet music in the correct key for our piano player. Please come prepared with your music!
